Historic Lodge Open House

One month ago, our supporters showed up in a big way! The Gala in the Garden raised about $118,000 USD ($165,000 CAD) toward much-needed renovations to the Historic Lodge.

As we approach our 90th year with the Lodge, we would love to hear your family’s stories about the CCC and past gatherings and traditions at IPG. Many descendants of the CCC workers still live locally and can help us better prepare and share the remarkable history.

As we look ahead, we are setting a goal of another $82,000 through our Year-End Appeal. The funds raised will allow us to begin improvements on accessibility throughout the building, the kitchen, and windows and doors. The Lodge is one of a few staple rental spaces for weddings, conferences and family reunions. As a non-profit, rental revenue is a critical part of a sustainable future of the Peace Garden.
